How to Place an Order for Phone and Tablet Bundle

To place an order for the phone upgrade and 50% tablet promotion, follow these steps:

1.      Log into your NextGen Communications customer portal

2.      Select the line to which the upgrade will be applied

3.      Select your upgraded phone.  Phone must be a qualifying phone sold and available through NextGen Communications

4.      Select your tablet.  Tablet must be a tablet sold and available through NextGen Communications

5.      Select delivery method for your devices.  Customers can select:

• Shipping to the mailing address on the account
• Customer pick-up from a retail location

6.      Select insurance for devices.  NextGen Communications applies device insurance to all new device purchases and upgrades.  Customers must opt out of device insurance if they do not want to insure their devices.
